No. Something you bought on its own is yours for good, whatever plan you’re on.
Yes. They belong to your Foliva account, so they work everywhere you sign in. In the iPhone app, Marketplace › Restore Purchases brings back what you bought with your Apple Account.
Right here: pick Plus or Premium, monthly or yearly, and pay by card. Plus and Premium unlock as soon as the payment goes through. You can also subscribe in the Foliva app on iPhone, through the App Store.
Yes. Sign in to the Foliva app on iPhone with the same Foliva account and your plan is there too.
If you pay by card, open the web app, go to Settings › Account and choose Manage billing: switch between Plus and Premium, update your card or cancel. If you subscribed on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and pick Foliva. Either way you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
No. Sage shows its answer first; you choose Add to Page or Copy.
No. TestFlight builds include Plus and Premium while Foliva is being tested, and nothing is charged.
